Redevelopment of a former grain warehouse to create 35,000 sq ft of waterfront design studios and office space in the Calls area of Leeds.

YDG’s first project in Leeds (originally known as the Design Innovation Centre) acted as a high profile demonstrator of regeneration in a previously unloved backwater of the city. Further development by YDG and others in the Calls area attracted new uses and gave Leeds a new waterfront destination for work, living and leisure.
