Conversion of 2 Victorian cottages in the Calls area of Leeds to form offices, meeting rooms and a bookshop for the Civic Trust in Leeds.

Construction work was coordinated with redevelopment of the adjacent premises to create a new bar and restaurant, Shear’s Yard, owned and managed by the directors of YDG for twelve years.
